Independent medical assessments in customer’s homes are undertaken through a national network of GP’s and nurses. Mentor has a comprehensive report format and the scope of the assessments can be tailored to meet the client’s specific requirements. We specialise particularly in disability assessments.

Depending on the nature of the condition, a short examination takes place as well as discussion with the customer. A report will be completed that will contain elements such as the main cause of disability, a prognosis of the condition and the legitimacy of the claim.
